These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jogo AI mobile application (“App”), operated by Lunabash (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jogo AI.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Jogo AI offers optional paid subscriptions (“Pro”) which provide enhanced features, including but not limited to:
Unlimited fixture analysis
Ad-free experience
Removal of daily usage limits
Subscriptions are billed through:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective app store and are subject to their terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic billing for the next subscription period.
Free users may receive limited daily access tokens.
Tokens:
Are non-transferable
Have no monetary value
Are not redeemable for cash
Are non-refundable except where required by law
We reserve the right to modify token allocation, limits, or availability at any time.
The Free tier of Jogo AI may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.
We currently serve non-personalised advertisements.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party advertisements.
Jogo AI provides statistical forecasts and performance-based projections derived from historical data and algorithmic modelling.
The App:
Does not provide gambling services
Does not facilitate betting
Does not act as a bookmaker or betting intermediary
Does not guarantee outcomes
All forecasts are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App does not provide financial, investment, or professional advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Sporting events are inherently unpredictable
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Any decisions made based on App content, including sports betting or financial decisions, are made entirely at your own risk
We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on App forecasts.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit the App
Interfere with security, servers, or infrastructure
Redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit analysis data without written permission
All content, algorithms, predictive models, trademarks, logos, software, and materials within Jogo AI are owned by Lunabash (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Uninterrupted access
Access to the App may be affected by maintenance, updates, system failures, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform failures, third-party service interruptions, or acts of government.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the service
Termination does not entitle you to compensation.
You may stop using the App at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, financial, or punitive damages
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for subscriptions during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunabash (Pty) Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the App
Violation of these Terms
Decisions made based on App forecasts or content
We may:
Modify features
Adjust pricing
Change token allocations
Update subscription offerings
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
